Masterminds – The Commerce Association organized an intra and inter collegiate fest – Zero Gravity on 18th and 19th January,2023.Every year Zero Gravity introduces a theme,for this academic year the theme for Masterminds – Zero Gravity is Metier- Plans- Goals – Success.
In line with our theme the activities for the Zero Gravity fest were planned and executed.
Masterminds got an overwhelming response from the students of all faculties both from our college as well as across various states.
*On Day 1*Intra college event
The following events were conducted;
IMS proschool ,Thane conducted a seminar on Finance Careers & Scopes in Core Finance, Accounting and Digital Sectors for the students of BCOM & BAF and conducted a seminar for CS/IT & Maths students on the topic of Data Analysis. 563 students attended the session
208 students participated in the online event ‘Judge it’- which was basically aiming at educating our students on fundamental rights ,some basic laws which a common man should know and also for creating awareness.
An online football game – Pes legends was organized in which 35 students participated.
Day 2 of Masterminds zero gravity was The inter collegiate fest.
A webinar on Career opportunities by our aluminus CA Roger Vins, who gave a very good insight about various career paths which students can explore both national and international.
The next event was the game by the name ‘JUDGE IT’. In which 36 participants played the game. Saket College won the prize.
Next game conducted was ‘ PES LEGENDS ‘in which a total of 8 students participated.
The Webinar on day 2 was a very special event as the resource person was addressing the students from Canada which was livecast through Google meet at room no.22, auditorium and at the A.V room, where more than 400 students across various classes joined online. SYCommerce,TYBAF participated at Auditorium,, TYB.Com participated from Room no.22,All the Core committee members of Zero Gravity and the registered participants from all faculties participated at the A.V room thanks to technology. Sincere thanks to all who have helped for the same.
The team also received good sponsorship by means of keeping four food stalls and one e vehicle booth.
The activities of Zero gravity was conducted by the sincere encouragement and efforts of the Ratnam team and Masterminds team.We sincerely thank our Incharge Principal, Vice principal and all the teachers who have contributed in making this event.
